I have a white bump on the pupil of my eyeball I'm 32 I have rheumatoid arthritis as well as osteoporosis im on humira and methotrexate. I also have rebound tenderness on the right side of my stomach it's not my appendix could it be ulcerative colitis?

White bump on iris is to be diagnosed after examination by eye doctor. You have to inform about your problem due to this bump. where your vision is effected. It is not related to other disease, you have mentioned.
