I noticed a bump at the nail line on my second toe (next to big toe). I thought maybe wearing socks and boots during the winter had made the bump appear. The nail now has an indention in the middle of the nail. I always thought it was a solid callus type bump. One day after showering, I dried off my toe and noticed a clear gel coming from the bump. I pressed the bump and more gel came out and it left a dent in my toe. It continues to fill with this clear gel. I have never had pain where the bump grew. I just sterilized a needle and punctured it many times and put an antibiotic cream and a band-aid on it. It is a little red, but still no pain. Was wondering what this could be and should I have a doctor check it out???
