Suggest Remedy For Bumps In The Thigh

hello, 4 years ago i developed an bump on my inner right thigh. that was 3 months after a tetanus shot at a hospital.(i was cutting metal with a torch that had rust and got cellulitis on my arm from the burns) the abscess was drained and i was prescribed antibiotics. i finished them as written. now for the last 4 months it can back and has drained more then 10 times. also i had another one on my waist by my naval for 2 2 1/2 months. i went to the hospital yesterday and was told it alright. now 24 hours later they are back to a size of a cm and the one on the waist burst. i drink daily and smoke, diabetes runs in the family and i have a poor diet(due to work). i havent had any blood test done. from this besides telling me to go back to the ER what may be a possible diag? surgery, antibiotics, a combo of both? or what i dont want this to spread but i keep getting brushed to the side as if doctors can do that. health care is expensive so i should get a direct answer not a guess. im an automotive tech and if i do that i lose my job. i am very worried that i have contracted this from the hospital and just getting pushed out the door with antibiotics and it comes back after a week for follow-up. i dont have a fever, i am tried every now and then due to bad sleeping habits and a long commute to work. no red streaks are present since and now, just bumps. i have used warm compression to bring to a head(the one on the thigh). that has done nothing to help. besides me on goggle and getting answer like mrsa, herpes blah blah. are there other answers to question that the doctors have not ask, for me to let them know. it seems like a quick solve to them but i dont want to die or live with this sh** for the rest of my life!
