Hi, I ve noticed lately a bunch of bumps on my inner thighs close to my vagina & also in between fold where my vagina and thighs meet. I have big thighs And tend to chaf a lot but I ve never have had bumps that scab up. They were iching also at first . Could that have caused the scabs since I iched them? Or could I have herpes?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having a cutaneous fungal infection called tinea cruris.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene. Bath twice daily and wear loose clothes.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily. Take antihistamines like levocetrizine for itching.
3. Other treatment options include oral antifungal medicines like fluconazole, itraconazole, terminating.

Thanks.
Dr.harshit bhachech.
