Suggest Remedy For Bumps & Sores

Hi,.I ve been struggling with razor bumps for about two years now. I have tried leaving it alone but always seem to pick at it. Now some of them are sores and are very sensitive when rubbed against clothing or being touched period. PLEASE HELP! Are there any ways i can cure this?

hii.welcome to our site.i understand your problem.you have sores.my opinion is that,
1.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily on the area for 7 days.
2.take pain killers like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days.
3.dont scratch the lesions.
4.maintain good hygiene.
