i have these small clusters of about 8 to 10 bumps (the size of a pinhead) on both of my arms and neck. they are white in color, with no puss. they are kind of like goosebumps except white. They do not itch but it is very annoying. DO you know what it could be?

that can be simple papilloma of skin, how ever its better you consult with dermatologist. and if at all it is papilloma then excision is the cure.
