This requires urologic consultation since it may be sign of surgery complication or sign of tumor recurrence. these are first things to rule out. Other common causes are less benign and include possible bleeding in urethra, bladder or kidneys. In most cases this is caused by urinary infection or urinary stones so you should do urine analysis, urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound to rule these out. Also, vesicoureteral reflux may be possible cause which is anomaly of bladder but can be easily treated. You should drink raspberry tea and plenty of water till you do tests.
