i had a boil on the scrotum which subsided automatically after a few days taking a small shape with no pus but it is sometimes painful. Does it have any impact on the testicle? I feel burning sensation in the scrotum and in the thighs and sometimes a little bit pain or burning sensation on the lower back.
You seem to be developing lesions of folliculitis which is basically an infection of the root of hair follicles. It is a superficial bacterial infection of the skin . Keep the affected area clean and dry . Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily. Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
