Suggest Remedy For Burning In Rectum

For the past 5 years there is severe burning in the rectum/anus. No bleeding in motion which is normal. Anavate ointment used long ago did not give any relief. Can I send the consulting fees by means of crossed cheque in your favour to your address to be intimated to me by your e mail. It is adequate if your reply is given after your encashment of my cheque.I will also include the bank commission charge in the cheque. I shall be thankful for your reply by e mail even if it is negative.Thanking you and regards.

well,there are many possible causes which can lead to intense itching and burning sensation in the anus and surrounding anal region , the possible causes are --

(1) PINWORMS INFESTATION

(2) CERTAIN FOODS LIKE SPICES AND PEPPERS as these contains certain chemical compounds which reacts with the mucousal lining of anus and rectum causing extreme burning

(3) CONSTANT AND EXCESSIVE MOISTURE caused by conditions like chronic diarrhoea/crohns disease/bowel incontinence can also cause intense itching

(4) YEAST INFECTION

(5) REPEATED INFECTIONS DUE TO DIABETES

(6) HEMORRHOIDS

(7) ANAL FISTULAS can lead to constant dripping of fluid causing excessive and continous moisture around anus

(8) ANAL FISSURE

(9) LOCAL SKIN GROWTH CALLED AS SKIN TAGS

(10) SKIN CONDITIONS LIKE PSORIASIS

the best and most appropriate action from you should be that you should visit a surgeon who will perform a local and general physical examination and may ask you to get some required tests done to diagnose the precise underlying cause and will treat accordingly..see,its of no use to keep on taking medicines blindly which finding the underlying cause,the correct approach is to find and underlying cause for you problem and treat that effectively
