Suggest Remedy For Burning In The Throat

I had metal braces put on one month ago. After having these braces applied I became ill. My throat burned and I had the typical viral URI symptoms. After three days my symptoms relieved on their own. I went back to the dentist Thursday and once again I became ill. My throat began to BURN and nothing relieved the pain. I had post nasal drip with green and yellow nasal discharge with chest congestion. I am concern I may be allergic to the material.

Hi.
Burning in throat has nothing to do with the braces you have in oral cavity.
You had a history of viral infection which got so called OK.
You have now got a regular infection in the nose and upper respiratory tract.
You need a course of an antibiotic to get well, along with antihistamine, topical and oral forms of decongestants and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Take steam inhalation after you instill the nasal drops.
Take plenty of water orally.
You will be fine soon, but complete the course of medicines till you are completely cured otherwise this will become regular and recurrent problem.
