Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain burning sensation in mouth can be due to Apthous Stomatitis or Burning Mouth Syndrome and can occur due to a number of conditions like deficiencies of Iron and Vitamin B12, stress, Dry mouth, allergic reaction to any medicine or food, acid reflux,Oral infection like Thrush, hormonal imbalances, diabetes etc..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations as per the cause suspected like Hemoglobin %, serum Vitamin B12 levels, blood sugar, hormonal profile etc and treatment of underlying cause can resolve the problem..
As of now you can start symptomatic treatment like gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine especially before meals to prevent discomfort..
You can also take Ibuprofen for pain relief..
Sucking ice and cold water gargles will help..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily.
Avoid spicy food and take a soft diet..
Drink plenty of water and maintain a good Oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
