Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Stomach On Accidental Consumption Of Kerosene Oil
hi doctor, i have mistakely consume kerosene oil intsead of water in the morning i had taken a sip of it and then i when i realised i womit it and i am not having any aspiration problem but yes there is a kind of little burning in my stomach and little bit of uneazyness it there , kindly suggest what should i do.
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....
well induced vomiting is not suggested generally in case of kerosene poisoning because of aspiration etc. but anyways you have vomited... dont do anything on your own.... even if you dont have much symptoms, you should rush to the ER asap....a doctor should check you clinically and observe you for some time....generally a mild ingestion is not considered serious but medical attendance is always advised...well burning esophagus and stomach is quite obvious but that should not be of much concern unless there are other serious symptoms...
hope this was helpful... regards
