Suggest Remedy For Burnt Esophagus And Related Pain
Hi. I burnt my osaphagus few times lately over the last few weeks and ended up having a lot of pain. Today I had Gastroscopy done and doctor noticed a minor abnormal tissues (wrinkly) and he has send sample for biopsy but he believes that is nothing to worry about. I am sure this abnornal area is due to burn like skin when it burns. When I eat I have no pain anymore but food particles stuck in my oesophagus. I am just looking for answers how to help healing this problem.
Hello I appreciate your concern Oesophagus mucosa acn get inflamed due to acid reflux or chronic irritation with stomach acid and spicy food
To help you better i would like to know Your age and medical history if you are having acid reflux disease what all symptoms you are having
From biopsy report it can be inferred that is it healthy or overall condition of mucosa can be assessed
I would advise you to avoid spicy and fatty food or carbonated drinks Don't lie down immediately after food Have frequent and small meals Avoid smoking and alcohol Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for more clarification I will gladly answer you Best wishes
