Hi Dr., I am a 47 year old female with a mirena placed about 4 years ago. I take synthroid and celexa. Otherwise healthy and active. I am having a buzzing sensation in my right groin area. No other symptoms. Wondering what is causing it. It started a few days ago.
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
Your symptoms can be due to neurological reason. I will suggest you to start with multi vitamins and multi minerals supplements regularly. Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet. Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet. Drink plenty of water in the day.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
