Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain Caused By An Accidental Elbowing

hi, i am 16 years old and i was playing baseball in gym. i was on first base and a kid elbowed me accidentally really hard in chest. i went to nurse because my chest hurt but they said i would be OK because she took my blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen level and it was all perfect readings.she did it twice and both times they came out perfect. should i worry about it?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should not worry much as your all body parameters are normal. But still I advice you to get done chest x ray to rule out internal organ damage.
If this is normal than no need to worry. Try to follow these for symptomatic control.
1. Avoid strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid heavy weight lifting.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take good painkillers and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad to the affected part.
6. Wear chest belt for minimal mobilisation of affected part.
