Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain, Indigestion And Hypertension In An Elderly Person
idid ask u but i have no credit card and no money to pay!! 50 years old female hypertensive for ten hers fairly controlled on Atenolol , obese , medium built mild sleep apnoea . recently start feeling central chest pain like indigestion usually in evening but not severe some times referred to the back . did ECG NORMAL i need advice
Hi. I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible cardiac lesion. ECG does not pick up all the changes. Better would be to get a complete cardiac evaluation including stressechocardiography.
In the meantime, please start the medicine called Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily at breakfast.
I also suggest that you get a lipid profile tested. The query also doesn't state the BP. It says fair control. I can therefore only suggest to keep it below 130/ 80. If needed additional or different medicines may be used.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
