Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain

Hey, Last night my chest, shoulders and neck really hurt, I got hot and very dizzy, and then it went a away in around 20 minutes, now every time I breathe my I have a sharp pain on my left side of my chest. My back and chest are also in general discomfort.

Youa are having chest pain with fever and rigors and this may have due to pneumonia or pleurisy. So consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray. If this is normal get done ECG since you are having left sided pain. So you should get done certain investigations mentioned above.
