In my opinion you are suffering from united airway disease. You are having allergic problrm from sinus to the lungs. And your mid sternal chest pain may be due to GERD as asthma snd GERD are are causative for each other. Being an overweight chances of GERD are more. In my opinion 1st start loosing weight. Take good antacids and avoid stress and spicy oily food. Start with fluticasone nasal spray with good MDI for your asthma. Consult pulmonologist and get done PFT.
