Suggest Remedy For Chronic Vaginal Discharge

I have two problems: I am 26 years old and noticed that my breasts were peeling and I noticed that milky liquid was coming from my nipples only when I squeezed them.
The second problem is that I have vaginal discharge and always have to wear toilet paper so that I dont feel "wet". It does not really smell bad but is so uncomfortable. Is there any treatment for vaginal discharge?
