Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems in relation with underlying hormonal imbalance. Guidelines for better recovery are:

- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Prefer soft, light diet with avoidance of oily, spicy, non-veg.
- Intake of PPI as omeprazole on empty stomach; tablet Tylenol (500) after meals, gives primary relief.
- One time physician visit for evaluation of lab tests and ultrasound is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
