Hello sir, your sleep is disturbed even taking diazepam seems not working. Are all your reports normal and without any kind of infection. Irritant cough and sleep disturbances sometimes may occur due to side effects of antihypertensives. Try ginger tea and regular yoga like pranayam to keep your airways clear. Donot drink tea, coffee or much water before sleep. Is your BP absolutely normal(120/80). uncontrolled BP(higher or lower) can cause sweating.
