Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have provided here.
It seems from the history that you are having chronic cold. This requires treatment by the use of anti-cold drugs and decongestants.
Ear drops will not help here. Nasal decongestant drops will provide relief.
Along with the symptomatic treatment by the use of anti-cold drugs, the underlying causes like allergies or infection needs to be treated.

Do consult your doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
