Suggest Remedy For Coming Out Of Sperms After Taking Penis During Sex

Hello sir, I married last year July and I am doing sex wiht my wife but the sperm seems to come out as soon as I take out my penies from her , we have gone to gyneocolosist , she is saying that it is normal and has given so many test which we will be doing , sir please suggest me how to solve this problem , aslo we are doing from about a year but there is no sign of pregnancy

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You are having problem of early ejaculation. I would like to suggest you few lab tests like semen analysis, thyroid levels, and testosterone levels. Most of the time this is psychological. Change way of sexual act. In few man it is because of excessive sexual excitement. You can masturbate before the act as second time ejaculation becomes comparatively late.
If infertility issue you are facing your wife examination needed too.
