Suggest Remedy For Constant Pain In Lower Abdominal Area

Last night I was playing sand volleyball. We are pretty competitive and I tend to dive for the ball a lot. The pain started in my entire stomach, escalating to a point where I could not move, and I could not tell if I was going to vomit or not. I did not vomit. I stopped playing for a few minutes and the pain subsided. I got up to play again, and once I was moving a lot again the pain came back. After that second wave of pain, I just decided to go home. The pain moved to the lower left side of my stomach and then eventually to both the lower left side and the lower right side of my abdomen. I wasn't sure if I was just constipated or something, so I went to the bathroom, and the sharp pain went away, but still the constant pain. I am not sure if I am just more aware of the pain because I am paying attention to it or what, but there is a slight burning sensation in my entire lower abdomen below my belly button. ( I'm not sure if this pertains, but I was kneed in the middle of my back at one point when two of us dove for the ball. ) Thank you!

welcome to Health care magic.
1.According to your history it seems like a musculoskeletal pain.
2.On other symptoms are related to any other pathology for suspicion.
3.In this case if you are my patient i would have examined and give some pain killers for a day or two.
4.If symptoms persists i would ask for a x-ray chest and ultrasound abdomen pelvis.
5.So try for a pain killer at first and then if symptoms persists need to see your GP and get needful investigations done.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
