Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hiatus Hernia with GERD with excess Salivation due to acid reflux.
Accompanied other causes of acid reflux need to be kept in mind,as it would decide the line of treatment you need.

Remedy-
Consult Surgeon/ Physician and get the investigations done with EGD-esophago gastro duodenoscopy / CT abdomen to fix the cause of the Constant Saliva.
Stool- Ova/Cyst to be done and treated accordingly with Anti-Worm /Anti-Amebic drugs.
Take PPI-Tab Veloz D 1 x 2 times per day.
Tab Bentyl- 1 x 2 times a day x 4-6 weeks
Tab Vit B12 x 2500 mcg / week
Tab Folic Acid-50 mgm/ day
Get to plan the needful Surgical correction for the hiatus hernia,to correct the disturbed lower esophagus functional dynamics.

Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
