Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain constant pain in upper abdomen that gets increased with eating any solid food can be due to causes like Indigestion, constipation, acid reflux, Crohn;s Disease, Irritable Bowel syndrome,Gastritis etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like Upper G.I Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, stool culture, blood tests etc, depending upon suspected cause can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly to the cause confirmed..

You can be advised to take antacids, anti-inflammatory medicine, Proton Pump Inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, H2 blockers like Ranitidine or Famotidine and anti spasmodic can be advised..
You should also take a soft diet with plenty of fluids..
Avoid heavy meals and spicy food..
Eat more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
You can also take short walk after meals to improve the digestion.
Drink warm water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
