Hi,

I have gone through your query.

From the symptoms you have mentioned, she may be suffering from asthma. As she coughs in night and early morning, there may be some allergans triggering the attack. Take Romilast 5mg, as advised by your doctor. It will resolve after it, and if not, try changing her room where she sleeps and you may consult an ENT surgeon for throat examination.
