I have been constipated for a few days and my lower back is killing me. Not sure what to do?? I am fine when I sit or lie down but when I stand up to walk a pain shoots right through my lower back and it hurts to even walk. I have been taking Tramadol now for awhile that has been prescribed by my arthritis Dr because it has been confirmed from an MRI that I do have arthritis in my lower back. thanks
