Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Blood In Stools
bleeding during latrine start just before 5 days but no pain is there. from last 5 day I suffer from bleeding (20-30 drope form) while latrine but no any pain either time. however also suffers from contipation problm. pls suggest the cause & its Remedy. A 28 yrs boy.

Constipation is not the disease that can be treated but this is just condition and this can be managed with some general measurement like, drinking more water, have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even if you do not want to go in, just be in and sit there no need to apply any force does not matter if you do not pass the stool, hope this helps.
