Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Lower Back Pain

I was diagnosed with typhoid fever a week ago. After the diarrea, I am now constipated again. Since yesterday I have sharp pain in my lower back right quadrant and abdominal pain. Any suggestions? I am 57 yr old female at 72 kg - complete hysterectomy 20 years ago
