Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Weakness

Hello Docs

i had iregular fever since 8 month ego, my doctor has so many blood test, but failer to find what desease i exactly i have. my symtoms was fever+weakness+constipation+weight loss(29 years weight 51).after that he treat me tuberclosis for the review ater 4 month my fever was ok but still have constipation and weakness. please suggest me what to do

For tretment constipation problem and weakness you have to modify your diet first.

You have to follow diet plan for constipation ptoblem.
Drink more water.
Avoid alcohol drinking.
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Avoid junk foods.

Eat high fiber foods like split peas, broccoli, black bean etc.....
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables that helpful for proper digestion.

Start simple exercise first atleast 20 minutes after feeling good than increase time.
Drink more water atleast 10 glasses minimum.

Take proper breakfast every day.
In lunch take buttermilk in between meal.
Weakness in your body remove by taking proper diet.
For weakness you can take banana like fruits that have extra sugars.
warm milk is helpful in weakness.

After taking this much care still symptoms of constipation are present than you can take luxative undue doctor 's suggetion.
