Suggest Remedy For Constipation, Hot Flushes, Dizziness And Bad Headache
Hi, I m 17 I have a few things worrying me. I have to rely on laxatives to go to the toilet. I ve put on about 6kg in the past month. I can t sleep, I ve lost my appetite, I have to force myself to eat once a day so my stomachs not empty. I get hot flushes throughout the day, I get dizzy and a bad headache, my head gets really hot and I have to sit or lay down to feel better.
Dear friend, Laxatives should not be taken for a long time; otherwise, you would be a victim of laxative abuse. These laxatives cause irritation and inflammation in anal mucosa and it results in tightening of anus. In such cases, infections are common so also fissure and other diseases. First, try to find out the cause behind your problem. 1. What is your lifestyle? 2. What about your food habits? 3. Are you sedentary or active? 4. Water intake and natural fibre intake? I would suggest you to modify your lifestyle. Have exercises, deep sleep, fibre in diet and adequate fluid intake. Try to give away from taking laxatives. Hope for a healthy life soon.
