Suggest Remedy For Constipation In Autistic Patients

My 3 year old autistic son, who is normally a constipated child - has been having loose stools everyday for about a week. There isn't a fever but he has had a decrease in appetite. The only change in diet I can think of is one thing. He recently feel in love with capri suns and drinks about four a day. Before he would have about two cups of sugar free juice instead. What can I give him to help firm up the stools without sending him right back to constipated?

Thank for asking
Your concern being appreciated, actually it may not the be condition that needed any treatment, but it is a kind of changes of bowel habit pretty common in in pediatric age group even in the normal children it is being noted, just keep giving him routine diet, if the loss appetite is still there even after few days then infection needs to be ruled out, else you can give him routine diet, banana, flaks, cereals, are best stool binding agent and it may not cause the constipation and it can be tried, hope this information helps.
