Suggest Remedy For Constipation With Lower Back Pains And Headaches
I was severly constipated for around twenty days with horrible lower back pains now I m having. bowel movement but not a lot and the poop is green with mucus around it color of green snot and I m experiencing bad headaches and very tired and weak and get prolonged dizziness and feel I m going to faint. I m ten weeks pregnant and have a family history of crohns disease and cancer and am very scared

Pain is due to bowel enlarged from constipation.
Try to keep well hydrated.
Take gentle laxative.
Use more fiber-rich foods and take fiber supplement containing prunes or psyllium.
Keep in close contact with a gastroenterologist.
