You have mentioned not going for stool since 2 week...
So first rule out organic causes...
For which you can perform USG abdomen...
It will help in rule out
intestinal obstruction like like by bends or adhesions...
If nonorganic cause found and
constipation is functional by some precipitating factor like
stress , bad life style ,unhealthy food , lack of physical activity then treatment by drug done...
For that bulk forming agent like
psyllium huska with milk can be taken...
Avocados fruit rich in fiber so taken...
Foods like blueberry , peaches , red beet useful.
Drink lots of fluid....
Whole grain , wheat bran , apple , carrot are good for intake as contain more fiber ....
Regular mild activity needed.
Green leafy veg taken more.
