General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use over the counter laxative like Miralax.
-Boost your child's fiber intake. Give her plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
-Give the child fluids.
-Limit foods that can increase constipation, such as fatty foods that are low in fiber.
-Exercise the child.
-Give probiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
