Suggest Remedy For Constipation

I am female 56 hep c but mostly good health I do get constaptied have what I thought was small growth on left side just below rib cage Dr checked years back said was a cyist yesterday I was constiped for 3 days finally moved but when I was getting up a hard growth came out to the skin about size of golf ball then when back in have Drs appt on 23 should I go sooner

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Constipation along with a enlarging lump can be due to the following reasons:
There may be associated development of hernia at the said area. Please do a self examination: Put a pal on the lump and cough hard; if the swelling increases in size and gives you an impulse and gets reduced on pressure, this is most probable a hernia.
Constipation if one of the reasons for development of hernia and it would have been misdiagnosed as a cyst long back.
Please get an opinion of a General Surgeon to get a confirmation, get proper investigations for hernia and constipation like X-ray of the abdomen and ultrasonography.
Get the constipation well treated and maintain normal bowel habits.
Get operated for the lump as may be diagnosed to get a cure.
Have high fiber diet.
Take laxatives regularly and avoid all the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
