Suggest Remedy For Constipation

I was sick with vomiting and mooshy stool last week, and ever since I have gotten over the sickness I have not been able to go number 2. I noticed today that my pee has become cloudy. I have taken stool softener and been drinking lots of water and still cant go..Any Help?

Well come to HCM
This may not be constipation but chances of intestinal infection may be likely, in my opinion this can be best treated with the follwing medicines,
1) Tab Metrinidazole 400 mg twice in day for 5 days
2) Tab Domperidine 30 mg once in day
3) Tab omeprazole 40 mg once in day for two weeks
this is just nothing to worry this woudl come around soon, take care, have a nice day
