Suggest Remedy For Constipation
Lately my poop has been green and today I noticed there was a white spot on it too. I week ago I had relatively soft stools and pooped once a day, although it was green every time. Today was the first time I pooped in 4-5 days and it was still green, not so soft, and had a white spot.

I would not worry about the colour of the stools.
I would suggest you take ply ethylene glycol powder with water as it will help you with the constipation.
I would suggest to get a thyroid function test to see whether it is a cause for the constipation
