I have been treated for a UTI with Bactrum DS for a few days now. I have had severe itching and burning in the whole area. I have been using yeast cream for a few days now and a topical anesthetic. I went swimming in the ocean which made the whole situation worse. Anyway nothing seems to be helping with the burning and itching. What can I use for the burning and itching
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have urinary tract infection again. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
