Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Prompt control of fever occurs with proper dosage and frequency.
The dose of meftal is 10 mg/kg body weight 3 times daily.
Paracetamol 15 mg/kg 4-6 times daily depending on the fever.
I feel paracetamol is a better alternative for controlling fever.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
