Suggest Remedy For Cough With Phem And Sore Throat
i have severe head pain when i cough but only when i cough and a cough up brown phlem and also have a vary sore throat its been this way for 3 days now and hs not gotten anybetter all i have to take to help it is asprin and neo-citron what should i do?

Hi,
You are having allergic pharyngitis along with rhino-sinusitis. Start with Betadine gargle alternate with warm saline gargle. Take Fluticasone spray 2 puff at bed time for 2 months. Take Solspre saline nasal spray to clear the allergic mucin.
