Suggest Remedy For Cough With Runny Nose In Children
Hi!My daughter aged 2yrs and 8 months (weighs 10kg) has been having cough along with mild fever and a running nose for three days, the doc has prescribed omnacortil suspension 5mg for three days 5ml thrice daily. Should I go ahead with his prescribtion, am afraid since i've heard its a steroid.

Omnacortril is not indicated for cough with runny nose.
It is a steroid and has several side effects.
Anti cold syrup like sinarest 3 times daily will serve your purpose.
If no improvement within 3-4 days consult pediatrician.
