Suggest Remedy For Coversyl Medication Side Effects
Hi I have been taking coversyl Plus for two weeks...three days ago I noticed a freezing and tingling sensation in my face and arm...went to the doctor and hospital ....they said it was a side affect of the drug how do I reverse this sensation? Joni g
Definitely, some of the side effects like numbness or tingling sensations and feeling of coldness in fingers and toes may be with Coversyl medicine due to presence of Raynaud like phenomenon with this drug.
Fortunately frequency of presence of this side effect is not much, still the discontinuation of this drug is immediately advised to avoid further ischemia of the limbs and even peripheral gangrene in extreme cases with prolonged use of this drug. In mild cases, no specific treatment is required for this, as these side effects are self limiting and resolve themselves within a few days after discontinuation of the drug.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
