Suggest Remedy For Cracks On Penis

Hey doctors, over the last year or so, i have gotten these crack like scars on the head of my penis. They are lines that are somewhat deep and these lines are all around my penis head perminently. When i have an erection they stretch and look 100x worse. Im just pretty fet up of just thinking about it. Its taking a tole on me mentaly. Is there cream or something that reduce these scars and have my penis head smooth like it once was?
