Suggest Remedy For Cramps And Bloating After Taking Plan B
I took Plan B One Step 12 hours after unprotected sex, I had no symptoms at first and no bleeding at all. It just made me really tired and this was 14 days ago. For the past week I have been having severe cramps, bloating, gas, breast tenderness and moodiness, almost like I'm about to start. I took a HPT and it came up negative because I'm supposed to start either tomorrow or the next day. I took some midol and that seemed to have calmed everything down. Am I PMSing or should I be worried?

I understand your concern.
You had taken plan B within 24 hours of unprotected sex. So you need not be tense.
Plan B pill has high dose hormone, which has exaggarated premenstrual symptoms . For the bloating & pain you can take -Tab Epidosyn along with soda water.
- Sleeping on abdomen/ fomantation.
