i have a bv so i am on metronidazole 500mg twice daily. i read to douch with 3% hydrogen peroxide and distilled water 1/4 each. 2xs a day and 2xs each time. since then i have been cramping really bad and it feels worse. i was also told to douch with yougrt. I tried that today but not much relief. Did i just really mess something up down their? The cramps are bad and im not getting much relief.
