Suggest Remedy For Cramps During Pregnancy
I m 38 weeks pregnant today, and I m getting this cramp like feeling all over my stomach. It kind of feels like I just finished running ten miles and you get those cramps in your stomach and sides? That s kind of what it feels like. I am already just a little over 1 cm dilated. What am I experiencing?

please get a check up with obstetrician. because it needs pervaginal examination.
to check fetal heart beats,no leakage of amniotic fluid.
then only one can judge is it true or false labor pains.
