Suggest Remedy For Cramps In Lower Back And Pelvic Area During Pregnancy

I am about 5-6 weeks pregnant with 3rd baby. For the last 3 days I've had awful cramping in lower back and pelvis area, I've also had a fever around 101.3 that I can't break. I've noticed spotting, which I know can be normal, but I've never cramped or had fevers with previous pregnancies.

Hi,
I have read your query carefully.
Pregnancy of 5-6 weeks along with fever & spotting is a symptom of concern.( Bleeding in confirmed pregnancy is never normal,& it must be taken care of.) ncy
* The cramps here suggest possibility of abortion.
- Please take rest, take a pill of paracetamol.. & A pill of duphaston.
- contact your treating doctor urgently for managing fever & bleeding.
Take care.
Thanks.
