Hello, I have gone through your query and followed your concern. In this scenario, you need to see a specialist, get a complete clinical evaluation and get an endometrial biopsy done to have a histopathological opinion. The sonogram findings show essentially normal observation for the ovaries and the rest of the abdominal organs. Since you have very low hemoglobin levels and continuous blood loss, you would need progesterone supplements to arrest the bleeding immediately along with styptics. You may also need blood transfusions. Once the biopsy report is obtained, further management can be planned. For simple hyperplasia, observation is enough while more radical steps have to be taken for atypical states. Hope this helps.
